On the lower level you will find more open living space and three bedrooms (two with a queen bed each and another with 2 twins) all with TVs! The queen bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a 2nd full bath with shower on this level as well as a second living area with ample seating, a flat screen TV, a bar area with sink, an additional dining area, laundry, and a sun lit desk work space. On the top floor find a spacious primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with a oversized sized tub with shower. This room offers a private balcony. Most of the outside areas and decks are water facing and equipped with a seating for lounging or eating. Take advantage of the grill and a hot tub! The sunlit interior, multiple floors, and outdoor spaces all combine to create a home that is ideal for beach vacation living or grand scale entertaining.
