This beach home provides the necessities such as foil, bags, trash bags, etc. House comes with washer and dryer, Free Wi-fi, 2 flat-screen Hi-Def 4K TV's, and central AC. Bright and cheery beach decor. Oversized sofa, intimate conversation nooks around the house. Short walk to Bank Street Beach. Steps away from the downtown village with some neat shops and restaurants, ice cream parlor, pubs, Cumberland Farms and coffee house. Ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard nearby and the picturesque Wychmere Harbor. Garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach buggie, pop up beach table, beach toys and tubes, boogie boards & cooler for a full day at the beach. Rinse off in the extra large outdoor shower. New outdoor grill with utensils, and yard games for your entertainment. Plenty of indoor games as well. Weekly beach passes located at the Chamber of Commerce if you would like to park at any beaches in Harwichport, which is not necessary if you walk. Relax, unwind and enjoy this Cape Escape.

Great house, great location

The location of this house can't be beat. A quick walk to town and the beach, but on a quiet street. The house was just as described in the listing. The backyard was wonderful for kids to run around and play. The upstairs was a little hot as others have noted, but fans helped. Overall an awesome house in our favorite Cape town!

Cape vacation

Excellent home! It was clean and well-stocked with essentials. The location is perfect and just a short walk to downtown or the beach. Only drawback was the 2 upstairs bedrooms were very hot but luckily there were fans provided.

Great house. Excellent location. Well stocked.

It is difficult to travel with different ages and find the right home for a mixed age group, but we did. So close to town and beach and the property is beautiful.
