After some cleaning hiccups, the property was expertly cleaned by a professional staff member early the next morning. The up and down bed/bath worked perfectly for us during our stay, the kitchen is well equipped. The porch/deck was an amazing place to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening glass a wine. Communication with host was excellent. Note: This is an upstairs unit which was not in listing and stairs were a big challenge. Will stay here again if we come back to Branson. Thank you so much!

Our family of 3 plus dog stayed for a long weekend over fall break. It was the perfect spot for us. Our son loved the proximity to the marina as well. The unit was well stocked with linens, soap, etc. and was perfectly arranged and clean upon entry. I do wish it wasn’t a 2nd floor entry, and that we had access to a vacuum. The grass outside was wet at night & in the morning when walking the dog, so we tracked in quite a bit of dried grass & leaves. We left our shoes at the door to try containing the mess. The neighbors were quiet & it was easy access to anything we wanted to go do. We would definitely consider booking here again!

Weekend Getaway

This property was as advertised. Perfect for our little family. The property was close enough to all the happenings in Branson, but far enough for quiet & relaxation! The kids enjoyed the marina that was within walking distance on the river. We will look at this place first on our next Branson trip.

Condo with loft

Great condo. Close to everything and very clean and efficient. Condo has a living room/kitchen/breakfast nook on main. Along with the master and full bath with double sinks on the main. Upstairs had an open concept bedroom with a full bath. It is open to the stairs and living room with a half wall….its a loft, so not so much privacy, but that was not an issue for me, but the tv upstairs does echo throughout the main level. My parents didn’t care, they just closed their door, so not an issue for us.

I have never in my life left a bad review anywhere but this experience was horrific. I booked this to stay while we were in town for a basketball tournament. Upon arrival and walking inside we were met with an abnormal amount of flies swarming everywhere inside. Then an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and trash. The walls were yellow from the smoke, counters covered in bugs, bedspread and sheets with stains. As I looked into the closet I discovered ROACHES crawling up the walls. I had this location reserved for 4 consecutive nights. We left immediately and had to find a different place to stay. I contacted the owner and explained the situation. She promised she would make it right and refund the remaining days as we would NOT be staying. She failed to uphold her word so I was charged for the week while not even staying. I WOULD NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!

Good condo for the price.

We had a bizarre set of circumstances that led us to this condo. Our dog sitter fell through, so we had to change the condo we originally rented for one that was pet friendly. This condo is small (we had 6 adults) ranging from 80 to 18. It only has 2 bedrooms (one is in a loft), but because of our dog problem, we made it work with the couch bed and 2 air mattresses. The pictures shown for this condo are not this condo. I assume that one picture is for all of them like it. It showed a king bed in the downstairs bedroom, but there was only 2 queens in it. Also, I didn’t plan ahead for my elderly mother who has problems with stairs. This is a second floor condo, that I didn’t get from the pictures. It’s a nice condo and is well furnished. We used the coffee maker every day and of course, the refrigerator. We had originally booked a 3 bedroom 5 bed condo before our pet problem, so it was not what we’d hoped for, but under the circumstances, we enjoyed our stay and made it through. The host Ashley, tried to help us find what we wanted that was pet friendly but everything bigger was booked already. She went out of her way to help us and communication with her was excellent. I’ve learned when traveling with elderly people to request first floor accommodations and will do so in the future. Nothing that happened was the fault of the host, but us. We’ve been to Branson a hundred times, but this is the first time we rented a condo. I would rent with host Ashley again.

Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.

First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!

Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 4 to 23 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (23), a singer (21), a softball/socialite (14), two baseball players (11 & 12), a gymnast (10) and ‘the boss’ (4).

After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! ❤️ Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.

We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.

We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 30!
