What a great place to stay while in Terlingua! Really appreciated the text with directions so that we did not have to rely on GPS. Very clean, very unique, fantastic views! Easy check-in, great communication. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Ten bits, it’s in a great location to Big Bend and off the beaten path, the whole area was themed very well like an old west town, the room was also very spacious. We stayed in the saloon.

We loved staying at the ranch and our room was perfect. Nothing could beat the nighttime skies and overall scenery. Would def go back again

Wonderful spot perched a top an overlook off of a very well maintained dirt road. Divine sunsets, amazing stargazing, old west kitsch. Fire in backyard with our pups was a highlight. Quarters are close, but other guests were friendly and quiet. Excellent location close to town and to national park.

We had an amazing experience at XBR. The hosts made our stay feel like home. We stayed in the saloon, and loved everything about it. It was nice to have a comfy couch to sit on at the end of a long day at Big Bend. Out back was our own little yard away from most other rooms. No light pollution from lights of any kind. The night sky blossomed before our eye. Having the cantina right there was nice. Refrigerators to keep food in. There was a breakfast bar filled everyday with coffee, juice, bottled water, muffins, waffles, cereal and bagels & cream cheese. Then a full kitchen and grill to make food too. Meeting the other guests over breakfast was nice. Loved the remote feel of the place, but only 10 minutes or so to get to gas, store, food. Will definitely stay here is back this way.

Big bend adventure

We loved staying here. I docked a star on cleanliness because there were some towels left in the bathroom (presumably) from a previous guest. But overall the property is very clean and we wish we had more time to explore!

Western town in the hills

Great Western Town like setting in the hills by Big Bend. Great setup. Breakfast was limited with bread/toast & cereal. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect! Quiet and peaceful, my husband loved the can crusher LOL!! Our fur babies enjoyed the fenced backyard. Perfect snug little town.

Really nice 😌

We loved our stay! Everything was amazing. However, the unpaved road getting into the ranch was a hassle. Other than that, the vibes were immaculate.

The Saloon was so cool to stay in! The front porch was great to sit on and the back had a gorgeous view. It was not convenient to get food (or anything else for that matter) but this was made clear ahead of time so we went prepared. The road was flooded out when we got there but this was also a warning ahead of time and we had a truck so had no issues. We'd go back for sure. This was our favorite place to stay out of an 8 hotel trip.

Wild west reproduction town

Property was clean and well appointed. Comfortable bedding. Water and coffee pods for guests. During our stay weather was very unusually cold and windy but gas fireplaces kept us cozy warm. Our water froze but our hosts moved us to another room just as comfortable with no issues. Would highly recommend a stay here.Would highly recommend throom

We absolutely loved our stay

This was my our first time going to Terlingua so we were sure what to expect. I can say our expectations were exceeded! The communication was above and beyond which is very imposto me. The owners gave us detailed information about our unit and surrounding locations like where to eat and places to see. We were very happy and can’t wait to go back! We give it a 11/10

This was the perfect place for my husband and me. We were celebrating his birthday and the wedding of my best friend’s son. I loved how unique the property is to the location. We walked out the back door of our room and the scenery was incredible! The room has everything you need for a short stay. We had a problem with the hot water for our showers the first night there. I contacted Sis and she responded immediately and it was fixed the next day when we got back to our room from some wedding activities.
