Zero Tolerance for Parties - Our studio is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment.

Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment.

No Smoking - For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property.

Guest Limit - The listing is designed to accommodate a specific number of guests comfortably. Please adhere to the specified guest limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Check-In and Check-Out Times - Be sure to check the specified check-in and check-out times. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All dogs must be resisted when booking.

There is a guesthouse on the ground floor that attached to the garage with totally SEPARATE entrance

We are dogs friendly but please try to keep your dog (s) off the couches and beds to avoid extra cleaning for hair removal fee

Just a reminder there is a 10pm noise ordinance and there are guest living next to you and under the balcony. Please be respectful and enjoy your stay. We have a very strict no partying policy. Any partying will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund.

GARAGE/GATE REMOTE: $150 charge if LOST

As the majority of the greater downtown SD area, we are on a flight path. Although it is convenient to have our airport downtown, it makes a lot of San Diego's urban areas on the flight path!
