1134 The Havens - Barefoot Resort Rentals

No Motorcycles, Buses, RV’s, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Jet Skis, Canoes, Kayaks, Golf Carts or Trailers allowed on Barefoot Resort Properties.

No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

This two bedroom, two bath villa is located in The Havens community within Barefoot Resort. The kitchen is stocked with all of your dining needs and icludes a breakfast bar. The dining room table is set for six and is located right off the great room. The villa is furnished comfortably and includes an entertainment center.

The master suite has a king size bed and private en suite, complete with a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and double sinks. There is plenty of storage space and a walk in closet. The second bedroom features two full size beds. An additional sitting room closes off with double French doors to make a third bedroom using the pull out sleeper sofa.

For your convenience, a large laundry room is located in the unit as well. The space extends outdoors, where you can enjoy the views of the lake and neighboring golf course on the covered balcony.

Our guests are welcome at the main resort pool and spa. There is also a grilling area available.

We got there real early, but weren’t able to get in early even though no one had stayed there the 3 nights before. And, that’s fine, just a little disappointing. My wife and Daughter said the place wasn’t very clean , but I didn’t notice. Thanks again.

This was great except for the cleanliness of the property. Don't charge me a cleaning fee if you are not going to have the property in top shape! There were no dish towels in the property but everything else was great.

Excellent Place

We reserved this place because of my brothers wedding. We wanted a place where we felt at home for a reasonable price. We were able to cook and wash our children's clothes. This is an excellenct place to stay for our family size of 6 plus more if needed. The condo was clean and had more than enough room for our family. In addition, we got in town early and was able to get an approved early check-in. I would recommend this place and definitely stay here again.
