The home is a a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, with an office, game room, dining and nook area. Have access to a fully equipped gym & outdoor basketball court.
The House on Vida Santa is centrally located making it the ideal place for your families next getaway.
Other things to note
$500 dollar deposit will be held if the following rules are broken.
1.NO PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS
2.NO party rentals (inflatables, moon jumps, water slides, DJ's, tables/chairs, etc.)
3.No live music/musicians
4.NO SMOKING inside home
5. Grill is not allowed to be moved and must remain by the pergola.
***NO loud noise after 10 pm, this is a residential community.
