Large waterfront home in the popular coastal resort community of Ocean Pines. This home offers three bedrooms, a loft area, two full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom and an open living area with plenty of space. The living area features the living room with vaulted ceilings, a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, furnished sun room with a television and a half-bath. The deck off of the living area leads out to the landscaped backyard, patio, outdoor grill and waterfront. This is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquil setting. The waterfront master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom with a soaking tub. On the second floor there is a loft area that provides additional living and/or sleeping space. This area features a sleep-sofa, television, desk and a nice-sized deck with beautiful water views. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom features four twin beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located on the second floor and easily accessible. Ocean Pines offers the best of both worlds … a classic beach resort community that is a lot less hectic than Ocean City, but is only a short drive from Ocean City’s beaches, restaurants, amusements and shopping. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
