Great location. Great communication. We had a very good time and the property manager was very responsive. Loved close proximity to Ocean City and Berlin MD. I could be wrong but IMHO the only issue is that the house and the deck are dated. Needs some maintenance and TLC to substantiate the price tag but again - overall great experience. If I could give a 4.5 , I would.

Checking in and communication went smoothly. The Cleaners need to really step up their game. There was enough dust to choke a horse. Silverware, cups etc were dirty. We washed everything before we used in the dishwasher. I have no problem making my bed with clean sheets but come on soiled comforters and pillow shams that were dirty is flat out gross. Why do we get charged then for a cleaning fee. Mold in washing machine. View was great! Location was great!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry that our cleaning team missed the mark. I wish you would have reached out to us during your stay as I would have wanted the opportunity to make it right for you. Although, the comforters were laundered prior to your stay I would have been happy to switch out any that you may have had a concern about. I will be reaching out to the cleaning team about the other issues and I hope that we will have the opportunity to have you at one of our properties in the future for a better experience. Glad you liked the location and view!

Comfortable, quiet, great beach club -You have to pay for a weeklong pass separately - contact the ocean pines recreation center. Easy to just hand out on the back porch and the access to the water really made our stay special.

Beautiful area. Never stayed where we had to put our own sheets on the bed, so that was new to me if you're checking in late but we throughly enjoyed the stay.

Thanks so much for the review, we really appreciate the feedback. Our agreement with the linen rental company is that the linens arrive, wrapped in plastic, and that their drivers drop off just inside the door. Other companies utilize cleaning teams to make beds and the cost for that extra duty is passed on to the guests. We prefer to do what we can to keep costs low and keep the cleaning team focused on cleaning. We know we're a little different in how we do linens, so we describe the process in the check-in instructions we send so there's no surprises. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo. Please come back and stay with us again! David & Rhonda
