Heaven Near Ocean City!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing and had it all. Close to everything with lots of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the brewery. The only issue was the smaller bedrooms did get warm and there were no ceiling fans.

Hi there! Thank you so much for the fantastic review. We are so happy to hear that the house had everything you needed and that the whole family found something to enjoy—from the pool for the kids to the brewery for the adults! I’m sorry to hear that the smaller bedrooms got a bit too warm for your comfort. That is great feedback regarding the ceiling fans; I’ve already made a note of it to discuss with our owner and maintenance team to see what we can do to improve the airflow in those rooms for future stays. We’d love to have you back again!

House was literally perfect….. I’m not really a fan of having to make my own bed, but in every other way it was really positive experience.

No large skillet. No large pot for corn. Indoor pool was shabby and not clean. A lot of dead insects on the windowsills.

All you need for a comfortable vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how spacious it was, the location was great for our needs (we do prefer Assateague beach over the OC one and don't care to stay in OC). The kitchen was well-stocked, and all appliances were working properly. It is a quiet neighborhood, and the outdoor and indoor pool are a big advantage. Kids loved playing arcade and foosball in the evening (located in the community center) and going fishing. The property was clean, except for floors - I highly doubt that they were mopped since our feet were black from walking barefoot inside the house. Overall, 5 out of 5 experience. Highly recommend

Thank you for such a kind recommendation! We are so glad the house was a great fit for your family and that you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all the community activities—it sounds like a fantastic trip. I want to sincerely apologize for the issue with the floors. I’m disappointed to hear they didn’t meet our cleaning standards, and I’ve already alerted our team to review our mopping procedures to make sure we’re getting the results our guests deserve. Thank you for your honest feedback; it really helps us improve. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

The house is beautiful and very clean! The only slightly annoying thing was that when u get there you have to make every bed.

Thank you for the 5-star review and feedback. We understand that we do things a little differently when it comes to the lines. We work with our linen company that drops off the lines which insures you are getting fresh sheets. It keeps cost that would be passed onto our guest lower. This is in your check-in instructions before you arrive. We do hope you enjoyed your time and would consider us again. David and Rhonda

This rental exceeded our expectations and we would definitley stay here again. I personally enjoyed the beach decor and felt right at home. The first impression when we walked in the door was the refreshing scent, it smelled lovely. If you dont mind a short drive to the beach, I'd highly reccomend this spot for anyone looking for a family vacation rental.

Ocean City Gem !

The property was EXACTLY as listed. Our family loved this beautiful property. It was close to Ocean City boardwalk which was important as we were here for a soccer tournament. The property was clean, spacious and well stocked with the essentials. The amenities such as the pool, basketball court, etc made our stay perfect !

You won't want to leave

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came for Ocean City but were tempted to stay indoors all weekend. This home is conveniently located just a few minutes away from Ocean City. There is also a community basketball court as well as a tennis/pickleball court right across the street. The home is well designed and modernized for today's living. The only con would probably be the poor cell phone reception if not connected to the wifi, outside of this, this home is truly a jewel.
