This just remodeled home is one of the few 2 Bath properties. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids. Assateague Pointe is a gated community with tons of amenities including: 2 Outdoor swimming pools, fishing pond with pedal boats, clubhouse, game room, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and lighted fishing pier. This community is located next to a large water park and minutes from Assateague Island. Just a few miles to the town of Berlin, great restaurants and plenty of shopping. Including the outlets. This unit features a brand new kitchen with everything you’ll nee to prepare fabulous meals. This is a non-smoking and no pets of any kind home. Sheets and towels are provided.

House was very clean and maintained well. Perfect for place to be close to the beach without staying right on the boardwalk. Was very easy to check in and check out process and host was very accommodating and easy to reach out to. Will definitely rent from again if we are in the area

It was a very nice, clean, and comfortable property. There was some miscommunication with check in that caused delays and concerns about our ability to stay as we’d reserved; however, once VRBO got in touch with the host, he provided us with a direct line of communication and offered us a free night for the misunderstanding. We would stay there again.

This house was great! It is tiny and every inch of it is purposeful and super well maintained. It fit my husband and I and our 5 daughters. We were able to all fit very comfortably. The development is wonderful, with so much to do. The pools were super clean and a lot of fun. The game room was nice, and the ponds and fishing pier were awesome! We can not wait to rent again next year!!!

Clean place and terrific location for Assateague and OC. Steve was very responsive. The place is small but it does have 2 bathrooms so it worked fine for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 small kids. I suggest bed rails if you have small kids sleeping in the tiny bunks.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay! The check-in was smooth, even with our late arrival, thanks to the friendly gate attendant. The home is in a quiet, gated community and backs to peaceful water—perfect for morning coffee and wildlife watching. It’s beautifully decorated with tons of thoughtful touches. The kitchen had everything we needed (yes, even crab mallets and corn skewers!), and the beds were super comfortable. The kids loved the built-in bunks! Great location close to Assateague and Frontier Town. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Home felt clean and property offered a lot of amenities such as pools, lakes and paddle boats. Community was quiet and away from all the craziness. Perfect location if you plan to visit Assateague Island or Ocean City. Thanks for having us Steve!
