Very nice property. This property is especially cat friendly. The sun room has large windows on three sides - which is great cat TV.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was minutes to downtown Berlin and about 20 mins to ocean city. The house has enough room to accommodate a small family. We loved the screened in front porch and the sunroom was awesome. Contacting Deb was easy and she was very responsive. Thanks Deb for a wonderful weekend.

We felt this property was a great bang for the buck. It’s close enough to ocean city but far enough away to be peaceful. Berlin was a wonderful town and we loved spending the day there…..we’d recommend this property.

We appreciated this comfortable home convenient to the Assateague Island National Seashore beach. Nearby Berlin is a sweet little town. The kitchen is well equipped and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise to us was the house is situated on a fairly busy road that is a main travel route to the beach This made it a little difficult to find a good place to walk our pooch.

Perfect for what we needed

Property is located in the perfect area for what we were looking for. It was close enough to the beach but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. We took our dog and it was the perfect location for a pet.

Great house near everything!

We rented this property to be near the rest of our extended family for our annual trip to Assateague State Park. The house was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room.
