The house was super clean and comfortable, especially the beds! There is soo much to do outback with the sparkling pool, hot tub, basketball and pickleball courts, putting green and more!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. We had a great time playing pickle ball and swimming in the pool and enjoying the hot tub. It was also a treat that there was a real wood burning fire pit. Haven’t sat around a real fire in a long time. Couldn’t have asked for more!

This property is so family friendly- so many different activities for all ages to enjoy! We had so much fun- from spending hours in the pool, playing pickle ball, and grilling out. The home’s design is thoughtful and beautiful. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The Owners were excellent & very helpful with any questions before and during our stay. This house was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The new backyard with the pool & the pickle ball court was a hit with everyone. Only negative is the one step in the backyard which was a tripping hazard because it was hard to see with the sun. We brought this to their attention and they were friendly and talked about how to fix it. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 5 STAR!!

Great family spot

A perfect spot to kick off summer with the family! The amenities were a plenty, from q-tips in the bathroom to an air fryer in the kitchen, everything was thoughtfully considered. The host was very responsive and accommodating. WalMart was 5 minutes away and downtown a short 11 minutes away. Perfect location! We enjoyed our stay even though it was a short trip.

Awesome home

This is the best house I’ve rented yet. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. We had a girls weekend with great weather so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. All of the girls were trying to think of reasons they could book this house again! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Wonderful Stay

The house was amazing. So much room for our large family. It was so beautiful and well taken care of. The air hockey table, the hot tub and the ping pong table were absolute hits with the whole family. The adult kids had just as much fun as the little ones. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely love to stay the next time we are in Wichita.

Great Stay for Son's Graduation in Wichita

What a great location. From spending quality family time in a great family sized kitchen to relaxing in the hot tub, we were grateful for our stay. If you have a group that consists of only adults, I would say that it fits 10 people well. The non bedroom spaces are more adequate for younger individuals. The location next to the golf course and park were a great perk and the kitchen is one exceed your expecations!

Better than expected!

This home looked nice on the app, but was even better once we got there. Walked into a clean, refreshingly, cool (a/c works great!) home. The hosts have stocked it with even more than you need. It was such a comfortable place in a beautiful neighborhood. The communication was fantastic. Response was quick, friendly and helpful. The whole family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, air hockey and ping pong. If I ever end up in Wichita in the future, I hope to be able to book this home again!

Beautiful, spacious home

11 family members aging in range from 5-49 converged upon this beautiful, spacious home for a weekend of family fun! The house has so much space, we were all able to hang out together, or separately, with plenty of space for everyone. The ping pong table and air hockey table were widely used by all, and we never had to “go out” to be entertained. The kitchen is huge and well stocked, the bedrooms are nice and roomy, and the bathrooms are beautiful, including a spa bathroom with a huge shower! The house is in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Wichita. The hot tub was a nice bonus, even in winter the kids were able to enjoy it! We have stayed in several VRBO homes over the years, and this was, by far, one of our favorites!

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

Firstly, this home is gorgeous - the details in the design are fabulous and there is just so much space! Our family of 5 (including 3 college-aged children) all had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted to do our own things and plenty of places to spend time playing games, watching movies, and - of course! - swimming and enjoying the hot tub! Shopping and some great restaurants were all short drives from home. Had it not been so terribly hot, we would have loved to wander around the lovely, quiet neighborhood! Deb and Lisa were amazing, from initial inquiry, through booking, preparing us for arrival, and throughout our stay. Communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful! We had the pleasure of meeting Lisa during our stay and she was a joy! If this property is on your list of possibilities, book it! You won’t regret it!

Of course this truly was an epic weekend. Second time staying at this property, and the upgrades are amazing. We loved the pickleball court, and the basketball court is a massive improvement from last year. We especially love the ada ramp on the concrete in the backyard. With all the new additions, not sure how it could be better. Thanks Deb.

Wow! What a great place to stay. Deb was easy to reach. Instructions, updates, and reminders were timely and complete. Answers to questions I didn't even think to ask. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and as much as we wanted to explore the interesting attractions in the area, we struggled to leave to house. We swam, cooked, played games, rested, and relaxed... We can't wait to come back.
