The mattress was very cheap quality with no box spring and you could feel the mattress falling in the slats of the bed frame. The bathroom shower always had water on the floor even though I moved the shower head as far as I could move it away from the shower curtain. The shower curtain was 4 inches short and water would flow over the handicapped lip of the floor. Also was no cleaners like windex to clean the counters. I stayed here for 12 days with zero housekeeping even though it stated that housekeeping was ever 7 days. For the cost I paid, I was a little depressed with the above issues. You should also highlight in your ad that this is a elderly living facility.
