Overall nice place to stay.

The house was very clean. The owner was as available for questions. Enjoyed the stay overall. Deducted one star as there is a cleaning fee and we were asked to take out our own trash which though irritating when paying a fee for cleaning would not have been a big deal; however, it was not clear where we were supposed to put the trash and the nearest dumpster we could find was not close to the house so had to load the trash into our car and drive it to the dumpster.

Wonderful home away from home!

Fabulous place! Great location! Loved how the unit was decorated and found it very clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Its located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Great for evening walks. Found sitting in the lanai very peaceful since the property borders woods. Publix for groceries and Fat Apple for pizza are just a few minutes away. Downtown Fort Myers is only 15 minutes away for fun shopping and dining. Be sure to stop at Scoops on First for the best ice cream! Also easy drive to Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. Owners are very easy to communicate with. Will definitely return for another enjoyable stay! 😊
