New Years Eve on a Motor yacht
We stayed on a boat for New Years Eve. The boat was nice and we had a wonderful time. Our host, Mark, was very sweet. Being boat people, we understand that unexpected things happen. That being said, the listing advertised a hot tub which was never set up, and the water heater was not turned on. A few repairs were needed. Good thing my husband knows boats.

Very enjoyable, centrally located and close to restaurants, bars and walking trails. The marina was quiet and secure. Our host met us and gave us a thorough review of the area and all the workings of the vessel. Great experience and would highly recommend!

True SW Florida Hospitality
My girlfriend, her brother, and I stayed with Capt. Mark at this houseboat and were thoroughly impressed with the space and the experience they created for guests. We were greeted and given an orientation of the boat, as well as some homey touches added for our experience. The hot tub views on the top deck were amazing, and we slept comfortably both nights of our stay. You will not find a better place and experience to stay in Punta Gorda. Close to everything with wonderful hospitality. Our thanks to Capt. Mark and his wife for their excellent communication and a wonderful experience.
