Welcome to The Magnolia House, the crown jewel of the Alva Oaks Community and your ultimate entertaining HQ. This is where farmhouse charm meets fun in all the best ways. With 3 bedrooms (including a master suite with a king bed, a second bedroom boasting 2 queens, and a third with a trundle perfect for sibling diplomacy), plus 2 full bathrooms, there’s room for everyone—and then some.

The “lounge” is where the magic happens, featuring a futon, a dartboard, and the pièce de résistance: the “world’s smallest bar” (small in size, big on spirit). Need more? The living room has a glorious 9-foot shuffleboard table for competitive shenanigans. Step onto the wrap-around patio for ring toss or challenge your friends to a heated game of “drink pong” (hydration optional).
