This home is nestled in a quiet area of northeast Austin / Manor. You will be in an extremely safe neighborhood, but still in close proximity to key areas in Austin.

Getting Around:
Getting around is quick and easy. The apartment is situated Hwy 130 and Palmer Ln with easy access straight to Downtown Austin and the Domain. There is FREE parking on-premise.

This home is tucked nicely away but close to downtown, making it an ideal location if you are coming for a major business event or concert, like ACL, F1 or SXSW.

Other Things to Note:
Gym liability waiver form (rental agreement) must be signed before gaining access to gym equipment.

We have a security system installed including alarms and security cameras facing the exterior (no interior cameras).

Air mattress is available upon request.

No Street Parking!
