You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Quaint motel located right off highway 40. The motel was originally known as the Terrace Motel which was built in the 40's. Some of the rooms have been recently updated with kitchens, smart tvs, smart mirrors, and wifi for our guests. Some rooms have 1 bed while others have 2 beds. Nightly and monthly rates offered. Located close to Dinosaur National Monument, Trophy hunting areas, lots of trails, and 4 marijuana dispensaries.
Room 3 is equipped with two queen beds and a full kitchen. Great for up to four guests to stay in.

The inside of the place was fine, the outside looks run down and there werw some brokwn windows. I tried multiple times to contact the owner and never got a response.
