Welcome to luxurious 'Villa on the Black Sea-Bulgaria'. The villa is part of “Bay View Villas- Luxury Apartments & Villas”. It is located on the hillside above Sunny Beach and it is situated 2.9 km inland from the Sea. It is newly build large detached two- story villa. Up to five people can sleep comfortable in the villa. We rent out the ground floor unite.
Fully fitted integrated kitchen has all essential appliances and equipment to make you feel 'Home away from home'.
Dining room is equipped with a table for six people.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed with an en-suite facility (shower). Second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite facility (bath tub). Living room is spacious and can accommodate one extra person to sleep. There is an additional W/C with toilet and basin.
The villa is furnished with luxury furniture made from solid oak.
It aims to provide guests with a unique experience in luxury and relaxation. This area combines quiet seclusion of the Balkan Mountain and Black Sea and it is famous with its fresh air.
Its close proximity to the sea and the lovely beaches of Sunny Beach makes it perfect place for a relaxing summer holiday for families, honeymooners, nature lovers, or anyone who would like to get away from it all. Facilities are open in the summer season (June, July and August)
