This charming home has gleaming wood floors - soaring vaulted wood ceilings - with a recently renovated kitchen and main bathroom. Outside there's an amazing deck on the bluff overlooking the abundance of wildlife & towards the water just steps from your door. There is a fire-pit and separate tiny-house on the property with couch, desk, TV, and deck. The property is conveniently located in Amherst and walkable to town amenities (coffee shop, restaurant, and hardware store, etc. ) along with the Central Waters Brewery.
