Desert Paradise awaits you! Come stay at our beautiful home just right outside of PALM SPRINGS. Easy access to Freeway and downtown. Our home is very specious and accommodating to all families and friends. Also a very nice private back yard. Everything is provided as your home would be. Book today for a relaxing experience.

Pool maintenance worker comes by Tuesday and Friday. Gardener comes on Thursday.

Per city regulations, max occupancy is 8 and are allowed up to 4 cars.

Due to local city ordinances outdoor music is prohibited at any time and all out door activity is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

The person who will be entering into the rental contract must be 25 years of age or older. Said person shall guarantee that the occupants comply with STVR regulations. Rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. We appreciate and thank you in advance for following our “house rules” during your stay.

Three couples stayed for one month. Neighbourhood was good, close to golf and easy biking and walking. House interior has an open space design, with lots of room for everyone. Loved that everything was on one level. Third bathroom outside by the hot tub was a bonus! The backyard was a big hit with everyone, beautiful, relaxing place. Tina our host was very accommodating when we did have any questions or issues. Only downside upon arrival was smaller items in the house interior could have been a bit cleaner.

Close to airport, quiet, clean and everything we hoped for and beyond.

What a wonderful place to relax and catch up with friends. We hope to return to this site in the years ahead. Amenities were wonderful, and communication with the property manager was excellent (responses were typically within minutes). We will definitely go back again.

Great heated pool

The property was very clean. The heated pool was GREAT!!! for the kids & the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stay for Coachella

Great house. Nice backyard. It’s about 30 min to get to the festival from this house with the traffic. My group all had an amazing time staying at this house.

Wonderful house for our purpose - golfing trip in Palm Springs

This house was perfect for four senior men looking to have a golf weekend in Palm Springs. Each of us had our own bedroom, two of us had their own bathroom, and two of us had to share one common bathroom. The hot tub and swimming pool were fabulous and great for apres-golf relaxation. Our communication with Tina was fantastic and she took care of every question that we had. Perhaps the only downside of this house was that one of the bathrooms is located outside the main house but it's very well equiped and newly constructed. Overall, we loved staying here and hope to book it again when we are able to come back to Palm Springs for another golf outing. Thank you Tina for a wonderful experience!
