After staying at this property in Nov 2016, we had no hesitation in booking it for our Nov 2017 trip. We loved the location as it is close to everything we need. While we raved about this property last year, this year's trip had some unexpected issues. 1. On our initial entrance to the condo, the first thing we noticed was the stained carpet from the door way to the kitchen and we could tell that the carpet had not been cleaned in some time. 2. No cable for our entire stay. Owner explained that the cable boxes were delivered to her in northern California and she had not had the opportunity to have them shipped and installed at the condo. The owner did offer to refund a portion of our rental cost. 3. Both bathrooms could do with a little freshening up. 4. Crickets(we think). Never saw any last year but this year , we saw them in the kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite. 5 Parking. for the first 2 days at the condo, other residents were parked in the parking spot reserved for this condo. After leaving note on one car the first day, the second day I tracked down the owner of the 2nd vehicle and had them move. 6. During last week of our stay, we returned to find water cut off notice left on door to condo. Had to contact the friend who was taking care of the condo to ensure it was looked after so it wouldn't be cut off. Many of these unfortunate issues are reflective of the fact that the owner currently did not have a formal property manager looking after the condo and, thus, I cannot give the rave review as I did last year.
