Furnished with plush sofas & kitchen appliances, this condo is easily accessible from the lower level, which is a few steps away from covered parking and is right on the corner for added privacy. Worry-free, and most of all, affordable!

Surrounded by plush greens and beautiful citrus trees, the two pools to laze around in, two tennis courts, clubhouse with weekly programs, a complete workout room and community laundry, truly make this a home away from home.
Whether it’s lounging in the condo watching your favorite movie on HBO, catching up on some work using the high-speed wireless internet, or taking in the beautiful sites and shopping that are located just a short distance away, you’ll be spellbound by the luxury at all. So why not make the luxury a reality and come stay with us!

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.



A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.



NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.

Photo's misrepresent unit appearance

Online the condo looks great - but then you walk in and it is a great disappointment. I would like to do a review on this condo but feel after I have listed the pro’s and con’s It would not be a fair review. I would like to rent again but do have the following concerns: CON’S Huge stains on living room ceilings Paint job is very bad nail holes in most of the walls, master bathroom different patch colors. Kitchen stove right rear burner does not work Kitchen window blinds do not open Dining room chair seats are soiled Kitchen cupboards are worn and speckled with what appears to be paint splatters Curtains in. Bedrooms not very pleasing The whole condo needs painting The front door stick’s very hard to open Also you need better directions to gate #6, there are no signs directing you to this hidden gate, or else just say enter at gate 1 and go down to end to spot # 45

stay at the beginning of the shutter in place due to the virus

the unit was comfortable and pretty much the way it was shown. items in need of repair or replacement are the box springs in the master bed room ( it squeeks ) and the carpet needs cleaning, It is an older unit so could use some TLC, but we booked it again for next year .
