Condo is an end unit, and located in a quiet area of the complex. There is plenty of convenient covered parking nearby. Location is central to all Palm Springs major attractions. This unique gated community is beautifully landscaped and offers a nice place to take a walk. Guests enjoy numerous spas and pools. There are several picnic grounds with barbecues. There are two tennis courts. The San Jacinto Mountains are visible from the resort. Guests enjoy walking up to the base of the mountains. This is about a ten-minute walk. The Palm Springs visitors center is located across the street, and just west of the property. This is a great vacation spot. You are sure to return again and again.

Great Palm Springs Condo at a Great Price

This is a great condo, in a great location at a great price. Very nicely updated with new furnishings. Well maintained, clean and very quiet. We would definately recommend this condo!

Clean, comfy and quiet

My husband and I stayed at Jeff's place and it was perfect! It was clean, comfy, quiet and had everything that we needed to just move in. It is very close to the aerial tramway and close to Palm canyon drive. Jeff made it so easy for us to find his place, check in and check out! We would highly recommend Jeff's place. We will definitely stay again!

Great Place

The unit is located in a complex with beautiful grounds. Just minutes to the tram and downtown. Our Host, Jeff was always available and provided good information about every question we sked. The unit was neat and clean. Had a great time!

Clean and comfortable

This is a very well kept, clean unit... Perfect for my stay. It is furnished nicely, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Owner also allowed a late checkout to accommodate my late flight. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great trip!

Cosy and Comfy

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this condo in February for 9 days. Everything you need is available and spotless including the patios chairs and table .The location is perfect with immaculate grounds and surrounding flowers. We also enjoyed spending time at two of the many pools This is an ideal place for a restful vacation.Jeff was so accommodating and called us when we arrived to make sure everything was okay. So glad we found this place Thanks Jeff

Not Downtown

This is not near downtown! It’s at the far North end of Palm Springs. Long way from most things….that being said, the complex is beautiful but the unit is dated and has to much stuff in it.

Quiet community near tramway, easy to find

We stayed for one week in Palm Springs. The condo is perfect for a couple like us and has everything that you need in the kitchen and in the whole condo. Jeff was very nice and everything was ok - also the price. There are 6 pools and only a few people. It is possible to wash the clothes near the appartment (at the end of the building). Recommendable! Peaceful vacation

Apartment is spotlessly clean, although the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated. However, that didn't concern me at all. I will say that the condo facility was nicely kept up and it was a quiet neighborhood. It was very windy during my stay, but since I was golfing in the southern end of the valley where it was calmer it was not a concern. It would be nice to have wireless available rather than having to bring my own wireless router. Be aware that the ATT cell service in the condo is practically non existent and I had to step outside in order to make phone calls. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wifi is now provided. Telephones are provided in the unit. Guests can make calls throughout California and Canada. Cabinets are of very high quality, and are in excellent condition. Palm Springs prides itself on Modernism, so "dated" is probably a compliment.

Jeff's vacation rental.

Incredible view of Mt. San Jacinto, many small pools for laps and relaxing, and kind neighbors. Property manager was very receptive and kept the property in good shape.

I felt safe here and enjoyed my walks. The condo is a bit far from town, but I have no problem with that. The bed gave me a wonderful nights sleep.

Thank you for your feedback. It is a bit of a walk when one doesn't drive, as was the situation in this case. Otherwise, the center town is two miles away, which is a short bus ride: the local bus picks up in front of property.

Nice location and accomodations

We enjoyed our stay in April 2017. The condo was immaculate and well supplied. The pool felt great during the warm days. Parking area was great. Also enjoyed catching sight of the hummingbirds in the neighborhood.

Home away from home!!

It was our first time to Palm Springs. We loved it!! Jeff was very easy to deal with, and responded quickly whenever we had a question. The townhouse was clean, quiet, and close to five different pools. We would go again. Thanks Jeff.

Clean, comfortable, good location

We stayed for a week in this condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything that was needed. The unit was dark, due to the building structure, direction, and a bit due to decor. Though the color scheme was nice, it added to the darkness. However, it was a minor note. Due to extreme heat (for us) while we were there, we probably spent more time inside than we wanted, and therefore maybe noticed this more than normal. The complex was very handy to downtown Palm Springs, the tramway, and access to I-10. The grounds were beautiful, pools and tennis courts were lovely. Jeff was delightful to deal with.

Thank you, for your kind remarks. It's always nice when guest get out and explore the area. Occasionally guests are surprised by how hot the desert can get, and in this case temperatures hovered in the eighties. I always suggest that guests open the blinds to get extra light in the unit, or just go outside where there is plenty of sunshine. Most guests appreciate a cool unit when returning from the desert heat.

Everything you need and more

We stayed for four nights in Palm Springs. We are a couple with a one-year old child (we brought a crib for her). Communication with Jeff was always friendly, detailed and quick. It was easy to find the apartment. It was exactly as shown online and everything was spotless. The apartment is in a quiet community close to the PS tramway. To go anywhere (restaurants, shops, entertainment) you need a car. There are several well maintained pools in the community which we enjoyed very much. The apartment itself has everything that you could possibly need - the kitchen is well equipped, the bed was comfortable, internet was quick and reliable and it was very quiet at night. We would come again and recommend this place.

Wonderful experience!

We stayed here for 3 weeks in November 2015 and hope to return in 2016. Jeff was very accommodating and provided an extra table for my laptop. We left a few suggestions but only little things that I'm sure Jeff will take care of. The condo looked just like the pictures and suited all our needs. Bathroom will need an upgrade in the future but I am fussy about tubs with sliding door. Pools were clean and property well kept. Land line phone was appreciated with free long-distance and we were happy to have no extra cleaning fee.

property is very well maintained....clean, quiet

This was our 4th time at this condo....owner is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and easy to work with....though it is a small condo, it is perfect for my family of 4....separate bedroom for my wife and I, and 2 kids sleep on the sofa bed...all the basic necessities are provided....bedding, towels, kitchen items....this first floor unit is on the end and very close to the parking so easy to unload and load....owner does not require a cleaning fee, just an expectation that the unit will be left in good order....overall rental fee is very reasonable....nice location at the very north end of Palm Springs, near the aerial tramway....we plan to rent this unit many more times in the future

Clean, quiet and comfortable condo

We were in town for Coachella and needed a clean and quiet place to get a good night's rest and this was the perfect venue. Kitchen had everything we needed and more, wifi was strong and instructions were specific, which made our late night check in incredibly simple. Jeff was kind enough to call us the following morning to ensure our check in went smooth. Highly recommend this property and any other Jeff manages

Exactly as advertised

Great value, clean and comfortable. The condo was exactly as advertised and the grounds are very nice. Many pools and hot tubs to choose from. Very quiet at night. Just be prepared you can't walk to downtown which we didn't mind as we had a rental car anyway. My only disappointment was that the condo itself has no real outdoor sitting area and its a little on the dark side inside. This was no big deal however as the pool areas are all so close by. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation on a budget.

Well appointed condo

Perfect for 1 or 2people. Grounds are well kept. No laundry in unit but many in complex including 1in building. Unit is extremely well appointed including many extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Good restaurants in area. Really enjoyed Ricks for lunch. Gate guarded with easy card access. Nice flat screen HD TV. Clean. Very comfortable living area with recliner, sofa and lounge chair.

Great Spring Break!

Our week in Palm Springs was busy with touring the Jericho Tree National Park, hitting the outlets stores, enjoying downtown Palm Springs and area, visiting friends who own property, and relaxing in the condo. We really appreciated the very clean, lovely decorated condo, comfortable bed and furniture, great tv, internet use, free long distance, convenient pool and hot tub, and Jeff's immediate responses to any questions.
