About this property

This beautifully furnished one-bedroom/one-bath private condominium is the perfect place for your visit to Palm Springs! I have recently “freshened” my listing after remodeling. 5-star reviews from other sites as well. New flooring, paint, and dishwasher; kitchen cabinets, countertops and refrigerator are also very new. Shower/bath recently resurfaced. Enjoy the green belts from your patio or beautiful Mountain View’s from any of the nearby pools and jacuzzis. Downstairs condo and patio stay cool, even in warm weather, although air conditioning, fans, and heater all work great. Parking, as well as on site laundry are steps away. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, high speed WiFi, TVs in living room and bedroom, both with Roku streaming devices, Sling TV and Hulu included, plus many apps installed. Putting green and new gazebo area just behind building. Downtown Palm Springs is just minutes away, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions, and the Palm SpringsAerial Tram just across the street. Minimum stay of 28 days, and I am open to longer term tenants - let me know if you are interested. Thank you for looking at my condo, and I think that you will love it as a nice quiet retreat from work and/or vacation!

Hello! I am a retired teacher, and was finally able to purchase my condo in beautiful Palm Springs! Although I was born in Ohio, I grew up in sunny Southern California, and have always loved the desert. I have one handsome grandson, Kennedy, who was born in 2016:) I love animals, I love to read, quilt, crochet, take long walks, travel and camp, and of course visit my family. I have had dogs, cats, and a bird, and now my kitty (stray) who adopted me during Covid. I love staying in Palm Springs in between rentals. Thank you for looking at my condo!😀

Why they chose this property

I have always loved the openness of the desert, and the sun! I also rented for many years in Palm Springs Villas 2, and love the community, everyone is very friendly. Or you can have your privacy! The complex is gated, and security patrols regularly.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with my condo, and decided to purchase this particular one because when you look outside you can see the beauty of the desert. And the windmills! It is also downstairs, and just steps from laundry and pool/jacuzzi.
