2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in Barista neighborhood of Palm Springs. All on second floor. All tile floors including balconies. 2 balconies with both sunrise and sunset views. Free WI-Fi. 3 Apple TVs with Spectrum app to stream the basic Spectrum channels. You can also download your favorite streaming app and log onto your own streaming preferences. Has full size sleeper sofa in the living room. A roll away bed in the guest closet and a twin size sleeping floor mat in the living room closet. Perfect for couples as a retreat getaway or for a family with kids. Also pet friendly. Doggie bed in the living room and two bowls in the living room closet. Fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge/freezer/ice maker, stove with oven, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher and lots of wine glasses! Guest bedroom has its own mini fridge! Has the most amazing views from the 2 balconies and from each bedroom! 3 minute drive to downtown. Walking distance to shops including Starbucks. Heated pool and spa is less than one minute walk from front door. Laundry room. You don’t need to access gated area to get to unit. Plenty of street parking besides the covered parking spot for the unit. All you need to bring is your travel luggage. White cotton towels are provided in both bathrooms. 4 beach towels are in the dresser drawers. Unit has security cameras in balconies (1 camera on each). Close to hiking trails. Close to ATV areas. Close to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Enjoy Thursday nights Villagefest 6-10pm downtown Palm Springs. 1.5 miles from the Palm Springs International Airport. 1 block from the Palm Springs Library Central. Close to parks. Once you stay you’ll want to come back.

I love Palm Springs and all the outdoor things to do there. I love to give people a great vacation experience. My condo has everything you need to feel the comforts of home. The kitchen has lots of gadgets such as air fryer, crockpots and plenty of wine, margarita and martini glasses. The west balcony features an outdoor electric BBQ.

Location, location, location. It is walking distance to shopping. About one mile to downtown Palm Springs. About one mile to the Palm Springs airport. The vibrant Barista neighborhood is visitor friendly. Close to many restaurants. Close to hiking. Close to parks. Close to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Coachella valley is nearby.
What makes this property unique
If you love to see sunrises and sunsets, my condo is the perfect place. There is one balcony facing east and one balcony facing west. On holidays you can see fireworks from the balcony. You will see many unusual airplanes just sitting on the balcony. The west balcony has all of the famous Palm Springs mountains in panorama view. In the winter you can see the white snowy peaks of Big Bear.
