Great Place at Palm Villas II

Viviana’s place was perfect for our month long trip to Palm Springs. It was extremely clean upon arrival and just as described in the listing. The grounds and pools were fantastic. Check in was very easy and Viviana was quick to respond to any question. Great shower and bed. Viviana supplied many extra items most other places will not have. We highly recommend Viviana’s place for any stay. Thanks again Viviana!

Palm Springs Winter Getaway!

Our host Viaviana was amazing, she provided everything we needed! Her condo was meticulous, comfortable, relaxing and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! It was in a great location not far from the Tram and downtown! The pool and laundry room were just steps away. Very convenient and our getaway was nothing short of amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We appreciate you making it so easy!

Palm Villas II

Viviana's place was perfect for my wife and I. It was super well equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need for a long term stay of one month. From spices to toiletries. The grounds were immaculate and the pools and spas spotless and very convenient. Communication was almost instant. A vehicle is highly recommended. The bed was extremely comfortable. Main floor condo

Vivianna's condo was a 1 bedroom, main floor condo. It was very well kept and had everything you needed. We enjoyed the condo but did not enjoy the wind. The area is north palm springs and it can get very windy there. We had quite a few very windy days. Although the #2 pool is sheltered from the wind, the wind noise from the palm trees above is very loud. We did not enjoy the wind. We stayed 2 months, March and April.
