The minimum stay is 28 nights - 2nd-floor condo with mountain views features an open floor plan, large master suite as well as the second bedroom, 2 baths, dinning area, living room for rent in the Palm Canyon Villa Development of Palm Springs. There is a large patio off the living room. The GATED and private grounds include four beautiful pools and spas, each unique, across the street from a Golf Course. Beautiful lush landscaping surrounds the condo. A stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer and wireless internet are included in the rent with one dedicated covered parking space. Plenty of FREE street parking for you or your guests.

Turn key ready with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee cups, plates, pots and pans, etc.). We even supply your towels for the pool and shower. There is a land line in the condo with free local calling service. There is also a television with a DVD player in the living room as well as television in the master bedroom. A Gas BBQ on your covered patio. All you need to bring is a suitcase, equipped with a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed in this lovely unit this past April. The location was excellent. Very quiet area, yet close to everything we needed. This condo is very well equipped, has everything we need to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Salt water pool was a bonus!

Relaxing month in Palm Springs.

All the comforts of home. Close to shopping, golfing, fantastic hiking and scenery. Go out for morning adventure/recreation and return for an afternoon at the relaxing pool(s) or play some tennis. Then head out for delicious bite to eat - try Babes bbq - so good - or cook at home. Grocery stores Trader Vic’s and Vons are both in walking distance. We loved it. Had the best time. Thanks to Michael the property manager for setting it up so well.

It has everything!

The master bedroom is very spacious and the 2 bedroom suite had everything that you need to set up home for a short period. Michael was very accessible and prompt on fixing problems that arised. Close to the golf course and the unexpected pickle ball courts on the premises was a nice surprise.

Had a very nice stay

We just spent 4 weeks in this condo and enjoyed every day. The condo is very well equipped and the 2 bathroom were very clean and nice. We loved the pool area and the nice surroundings. Thank you to Michael for being so helpful We will definitely come back to this condo.

Nice stay.

I spent 2 weeks (April 2017) at this unit and it's much better than a hotel. The kitchen is very well stocked and the location is good. You could walk to Trader-Joes, Subway and Target. Its also a short drive to Walmart , the Airport and downtown. The 3 beds are comfortable and the 2 bathrooms are very clean. The swimming pool is excellent ! I would definitely stay here again .

Great condo well staffed with all things needed. The condo is on the 2ed floor with 15 steep steps so if you can not do that well do not book. The pool chairs are in the unit so one needs to take then down and up every day which for us was a minus about the only thing we did not like but guess it is the condo assn rules. The pool and spa were perfect otherwise.

Great location and the condo had everything we needed.

Not only was the condo in a good location for Palm Springs but also within the complex. The pool only steps away, the tennis courts five minutes away and our parking spot nice and close. While the condo is a bit dated, all the linens, kitchen equipment and tv were up to date. Would definitely rebook.

Great stay. The unit was spacious and had everything we could need. Close location to the pool (under-utilized if you ask me). And great location to Palm Springs and all the communities around. Perfect Place!

My husband, eight year-old son, and I enjoyed our week here. Loved the pool that was just a short distance from our doorstep! The condo had plenty of space for us and was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood and surroundings were very quiet, yet we were close to a lot of other amenities. Our deposit was returned within the time frame that was given. We'd absolutely stay again and have already recommended it to others.

Loved our stay!

Traveled to Palm Springs with a few friends for Coachella music festival. Everything went incredibly smoothly and the property manager was very professional. We gave notice for and early checkout and checkin times, which were accommodated. The condo itself is cozy and loaded with everything you would ever need for your stay, (even found a fresh loofa). The kitchen we found everything you would ever want to prepare your meals, milkshake maker was a plus! The pools and spas were lovely, throughout our five day stay we never encountered even a single person at the pool. There was plenty of pool toys, and rafts. Laundry detergent were a big savior washing clothes after the long weekend! The area is very quiet, nestled along side the base if a mountain. Hardly ever saw any other neighbors, was definitely nice to have privacy and feel alone. Plenty of grocery stores around the area, Walmart, Von's, etc. Found a mini golf/go kart facility within walking distance from the condo, great after a weekend at a festival. Overall I would recommend this condo for couples wanting a quiet weekend away, or as a great affordable place to stay in Palm Springs for vacation. Thanks Michael for a lovely stay, and we look foreward to returning in the future!

Highly recommended.

I very much enjoyed my visit. The condo was very quiet, which I appreciated. It is two blocks from Trader Joe's, Target and dozens of other stores. IMAX theatre is a 3 minute drive away. Wonderful walking and biking paths are just a few paces away from the front door. The amenities are great (washer, dryer. full size refrigerator, dishwasher etc.). I highly recommend this condo.
