We can assure you a memorable experience during your stay at the Red Barn with Its rustic charm, exposed wooden beams, cozy furnishings, and warm ambiance. It provides guests with a unique and authentic countryside experience, far away from the hustle and bustle of city life.The landscape is full of beautiful rolling pasture, lush greenery, and perhaps even grazing livestock. Your guest Barn dominium is equipped with thoughtful amenities to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.This is a 3 bedroom rustic type barn dominium with plenty of room. It has a spacious dining room / den / kitchen area with an electric fireplace. There is a big screen Tv with WiFi and most popular apps on the Roku Tv. There is a king master bedroom, queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 3 single ( extra long) beds. All have charging usb outlets and ceiling fans. The pool table room has a dart board and fake coin slot machine for entertainment. It has some of our family’s trophy animals mounted on the walls that we have harvested through the years. The outside pavilion has a big screen Tv and a fire pit to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is a black stone griddle and a charcoal smoker and grill to cook your favorite meals. We also offer a fish cooker ( large basket ) for outside and a small in house fryer. The indoor air conditioned fish cleaning station is a must. No mosquitoes or bugs while you’re dressing fish. There is a commercial ice maker and extra refrigerator and freezer to keep your fish in during your stay. Boat parking and electricity is provided also. ( 3 boat hook up max ) not covered. We think you will be pleased with all the extras and the peace and quiet of this country setting. We will always do our best to accommodate your stay and requests to ultimately make long time friends and friends that want to come again !! Also Great for family reunions, birthday parties, or wedding parties.

Independence Day getaway

We came to Grenada to visit my wife's family. This was the perfect location and cabin for us. It's outside the city and a very peaceful setting. The barn was way more room than we needed. We enjoyed everything about it.

Relaxing place to stay!

The red barn was a clean, quiet place to stay for our fishing trip to Grenada. It was so relaxing and we were able to turn the kids loose to run and play without worrying about them. We will be booking again in the fall!!

Great relaxing stay

We cannot say enough good things about this place! The rental process itself was very easy. After we had confirmed reservations, we had a couple of questions, so we sent a message to the host, and he responded much quicker than we expected. He not only answered our questions but also offered more details. The photos on VRBO are a true representation of the property – the only surprise was that the inside surpassed our expectations! It is beautifully decorated, very spacious and roomy! It was very clean. The kitchen was large and well equipped. There are extra refrigerators and a commercial sized ice maker! The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great! My family particularly enjoyed the activity room and the use of the grill. It is a beautiful country setting. You could just take deep breaths and feel your blood pressure lowering! We took our folding lawn chairs, and when we weren’t enjoying the inside, we did a lot of porch sitting, overlooking the pastures filled with cows and a pond which was a duck magnet. Many of the neighbors made us feel welcome when they drove down the country road, honked their horns, and waved! We plan on reserving this place again!

My name is Donnie Sultan and i am a life long resident of Grenada, Ms. I grew up on Grenada lake and raised 3 boys here who love our town and lake as well. Me and my boys are long time fishermen which consist of crappie fishing, bass fishing, and hand fishing for catfish. We love the outdoors ! Our property is located on our farm and we call it the Red Barn. We love our community and love sharing our property with friends and families. Whether its a weekend get away for some to fish ,a wedding receiption for others ,or just families meeting up to enjoy a country setting in a peaceful atmosphere ,we can accomodate it all. The view is something to see , with a 3 acre lake right out the front door and cattle grazing on the hills. Its a place we always dreamed of owning and now want to share this with others. We love people and enjoy getting to know others who later we call friends. Come stay with us and experience a country setting with a rustic cabin feel and fresh air all around !!! We gaurntee you won't be disappointed !!!

Why they chose this property

The property is located in a community called Gore Springs, about 10 miles outside the city limits of Grenada, close to Grenada Lake. We have a Dollar General , large convienent strore ( B's Grocery ), and great place to eat ( The Dry Dock) all within 5 miles from the Red Barn (our place). City ammeneties in a quiet country setting. Oh, yeah, we have our local community church, Providence Baptist Church, with in a mile, and we invite everyone to come !!! Thats just a few things in close proximity we think you will love !!!
