About this property

Brand new , stylish, completely renovated late 1800's home located in the heart of Saugerties Village. You will enjoy easy access to HITS, skiing, hiking in the Catskills, antiquing & great restaurants . There are many wonderful neighboring towns like Woodstock, Kingston, Hudson, Rhinebeck , New Paltz and the beautiful Shawangunk Mountains where the Mohonk Mountain House is located.
Our local ski mountains include Hunter,- 30 mins away, Wyndam - 43 mins & Bellerayre - 52 mins. The I87 thruway to Albany or NY City is a 4 minute drive from the house so lots of day trips hiking and great adventures are easily accessible.
All bedrooms have queen sized beds, which are very comfortable and can accommodate a family of 6 or 3 couples.
Fully equipped kitchen, with lots of food storage space, cozy lounge room, separate dining area with a large table that seats 6, 3 bedrooms all with Queen sized beds with closet spaces, 2 bathrooms with rain showers and one bathroom has a combined shower/tub & lots of on site parking.
The back yard is fully fenced in and has a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The house is also very quiet even though it is located right in the Village of Saugerties.
