You will be a quick walk to MSU Campus for all Gameday activities and smack dab in the middle of Bulldog Bash and the Cotton District Arts Festival. The location cannot get any better if you are looking for lots to do without having to get in your vehicle. Explore beautiful Downtown!

The house sits in a great spot near the Cotton District and the university. The rooms are spacious, clean, and just as they appear on VRBO. The owner was quick to respond to messages. My family was in town for graduation and this was the best place to stay. It definitely suited our needs.

Amazing house!

We had a great time visiting our daughter for a couple days at MSU. Perfect location…walking distance to campus and to the basketball arena. The house is just as pictured…plenty of space! Very responsive to all of our needs!

Starkville baseball weekend

Location was great. Easy 1.2 mile walk on wide, secure walking path. Just follow the crowds. The house was good and clean. Could be difficult for elder or handicapped people because the bedrooms are up stairs. That’s not a complaint just an observation.
