Great Townhome unit recently updated with all new finishes. Fenced in back yard and patio, as well as second level deck off of back bedroom. Large kitchen with all the necessities and all new appliances, great for home cooked meals. Equipped with 2 smart Tv's and wifi.

This is a half duplex with a tenant in the basement. The basement is accessed from a separate exterior entrance and is locked off from upstairs. 2 full baths and extremely comfortable beds!
