The Space:
This historic property is the true definition of unique! Relish the exquisite detail of stained glass windows, local oak woodwork, and flagstone walls mined from the famed local “Red Rocks.” Featuring luxurious and modern additions, such as hand-woven Phillip Jeffries wallpaper and Jonathan Adler accessories, bridging old with new for a timeless experience.
Our home has a charming nook on the front veranda where we often enjoy breakfast and a furnished patio in the back garden that is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.
Amenities include two living areas with large flatscreen TVs (no cable - streaming apps only), and a steam shower in the master bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a Sonos System and high-end appliances: Blendtec blender, Breville convection toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and stainless steel kettle. All paint is zero VOC, and mattresses are hypoallergenic and organic to offer relief for allergy sufferers.

This neighborhood offers a vibrant mix of arts, culture and Colorado history. You will be near The Denver Center For The Performing Arts, Fluid Coffee Bar, The Horseshoe Lounge, La Pasadita Inn, and Las Delicias. It is a short trip from LoDo, Larimer Square, Coors Field, and much more.
Explore the gold-domed Colorado State Capitol with its "Mile High" marker on the 13th step. Civic Center Park plays host to live music and food trucks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May-October.
You'll find some of Denver's finest museums nestled amongst beautiful turn-of-the-century mansions of "Cap Hill," including the Kirkland Museum of Fine and Decorative Art and the Molly Brown House Museum.
In the Golden Triangle neighborhood don't miss the Denver Art Museum and the Clyfford Still Museum. With more than 50 galleries, fine-art studios, museums, specialty stores, restaurants, nightclubs, coffeehouses and bistros, the neighborhood is a great place to explore on foot.
There are also several other parks and open spaces located nearby, many of which are connected by walking and bike-friendly trails. Hop on the train from the airport which runs into Downtown Denver at Union Station which is less than 1.5 miles away. This is a convenient way to explore downtown Denver and the entire metro area or hit the mountains by jumping on the Amtrak train up the hill to Winter Park for world-class snow skiing, mountain biking, and an all-around great family atmosphere.

* Please be patient with the steam shower. It takes approximately 10 minutes to get going, but it is really nice once it heats up.
* Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy.
Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

- This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
- Cameras - There are 3 cameras on the property, all of which are located outside. These consist of: 1 doorbell camera on the front door; 1 camera on the front monitoring the bottom entrance; 1 floodlight camera in the backyard
- *The fireplaces & chimneys do not function. Please do not attempt to use them as it will damage the home.*
- No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings - **$1000 fine**
- If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.
- Quiet hours 10pm-8am
- Must be at least 25 to book the property.
- Check out time is 10 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
- *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*
