This was a perfect stay for our family. The hand drawn welcome sign was a cute detail that helped make this a welcoming stay. The gym, bathroom and kitchen were top tier amenities. I definitely recommend this property for a downtown stay.

This is an eclectic house with very great charm and comfort. This is also a great location for downtown denver and in walking distance to food and activities. We would highly recommend this place and will be booking again on our next trip back to Denver.

House and location was excellent. The 4th bedroom on 3rd level was hard to manage temperature and keep cool for good sleep in the hottest part of summer. The host was responsive and the check in and checkout procedures were clear and easy. I would rent this place again.

Gorgeous!

This home is so special we were all sad to leave. The neighborhood is super cute, close to a nice park and central for trips downtown and not far from Red Rocks. Comms with the owner were responded to quickly. We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat.

The house was wonderfull, clean and well equpplied.Bedding, wonderful.only complaint is the shower no preasure, couldnt even wash hair out.I didn like not being able to walk in the fromt gate. Its a little scary walking in the back gate all alone. We were 4 woman. thanks for the coffee and extra goddies.
