The apartment complex has onsite amenities including a rooftop deck with mountain views, pool (heated in winter) hot tub, gym, pet washing station, secured garage parking, grills, fireplace, work spaces with printers, entertainment rooms, complimentary coffee and tea bar plus other amenities

This fully furnished luxury apartment has a king bed, in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating with a smart thermostat in unit, has a fully equipped large kitchen (all pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils are included), two smart TVs, built in desk for business travelers, and is great for short or long stays

Very safe and central location with a secured entry into the building (You cannot enter the building without a key fob or code) with easy access to all of Boulder. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance as well as local public transportation plus bike paths

The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a balcony door for easy access to outside, very helpful for pet owners

All utilities including high speed internet are included, optional additional fees include;
Underground attached garage parking with a designated spot is $125 per month per car (There is also Electric Vehicle Charging Stations)

We are Pet friendly
Pet fee is $100 per month per pet

The complex requires us to do a background check on all residents and sign a lease prior to your move in date. After we accept your reservation we will send these to your email and must be done within 48 hours of accepting the reservation or we will have to cancel your reservation with a full refund back to you.
