The house «SARA conVida – Parque Urbano Residence» is a 2 bedroom house, with private outdoor space.
It has been completely renovated, with modern and minimalist decor, providing a warm and inviting space for a peaceful stay.
On the ground floor, there is the living room, in an open space, with the kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is also on the ground floor, with a shower set, for a relaxing bath.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, with double beds and wardrobes, with enough space to store clothes and travel goods. Ideal floor for a perfect rest.
At the rear of the house, there is a small patio and a laundry area, with a washing machine and outdoor clothes drying rack.
There is a private outdoor space, where you can enjoy an outdoor dining area and several relaxation areas, with a lounge set and sun loungers. There is also a barbecue.
Located in the center of Ponta Delgada, next to the Urban Park. The calm and safety of the area stands out.
You can walk to the city center in less than 20 minutes. By car, you have easy access to the island's various tourist attractions. Free parking next to the house.
