The property was great. Amazing views, steps away from the beach -- definitely beachfront. The place was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. There were even some beach chairs, umbrella, floties, kids sand toys and a canopy. The only thing missing was the washable filter that goes in the coffee maker. I give it 5 stars overall and I would definitely stay in the same place in the future.

It was a beautiful, relaxing stay. Communication with the management was wonderful. They were so helpful and answered promptly. Capri was so helpful and her help was so appreciated. Hope to be back soon! Beautiful condo and the view was stunning.

This place was centrally located for what we wanted to do and very close to great restaurants. The pool was very small, and we were told the pool and beach were gated and given codes. However the gates were open to everyone the whole week we were there. The elevators went out of order everyday and we were told they were being worked on but as we are on the 8th floor stairs were a lot after a long beach day. The lounging deck was nice but very small and even though it was raised you still couldn't see the beach from it. It was a nice place with a fun vibe.

The room is a little on the smaller side, especially the kitchen. The 2nd bathroom s right off the kitchen. A layout picture would be helpful. It could use a good deep cleaning, a lot of dust on kitchen ceiling and all doors. It definitely could use a few more towels, had just enough for the 5 of us to shower once. The pool has NO shade whatsoever, so mornings-early afternoon were brutal.

Condo was nice, loved the balcony view of the gulf. The place wasn’t stocked very well. We had to go out and buy salt&pepper, coffee filters, soap that was bigger than two inches and toilet paper that wasn’t so cheap. Beach towels could have been a provided. The 50 a day use for chairs/umbrella was a joke. Did like the location and the restaurants nearby.

My sister and I had the restful and relaxing time we hoped for. We had a wonderful oceanfront view of the beach. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and enjoy local seafood fare. My sister uses a wheelchair to maneuver space (living room, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. Bed in 2nd bedroom and master bath met her needs (not a walk-in shower but low step worked for her). You might consider a handheld shower head in baths. Location was perfect: we took a day trip to Pensacola, Lillian’s pizza delivered in minutes (and only 7 min walk from condo). We were close to grocery, restaurant, Gulf Shores attractions. Everything we needed and NO traffic this time of year. Thank you! We’d love to stay with JD again.

Amazing condo for a family beach vacation. Decorated nicely and CLEAN. This is our second time staying here and the views are spectacular. Ocean Breeze West is a quiet spot on PKB with plenty of room to stretch out on the beach. The owners were very responsive. We highly recommend!

Excellent property!

This condo was perfect for us and our three girls! Every morning we sat on the patio and watched the dolphins! The pool was also a great feature as we were there during a rip tide warning. The property being right on the beach was perfect!
