Gulfside Villas is the perfect place for a romantic weekend for two, or a small family looking for fun on the beach! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the 2nd story of the building offers a cozy yet elegant atmosphere for guests.

This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table. The living room features a cozy sofa bed, providing extra sleeping room. After a long day of exploring, you can relax in the comfortable and luxurious King size bed. The bathroom offers a private sink area just for guests, so they don't have to enter the master bedroom or its private sink and closet area. While the bedroom overlooks the key, the balcony faces the beach and has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals outdoors as well as the cool ocean breezes.

Activities nearby include the National Museum of Naval Aviation, Fort Barrancas, The Wharf, Orange Beach, Tanger Outlet Mall, Old Time Pottery, etc. There is something on Perdido Key for everyone to enjoy.
This property does not have an elevator.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Thoroughly Enjoyed It.

Nice and tidy unit. Easy check in & out. Property manager communicated well in email and text. We loved being right on the beach and being able to bring our spoiled pup. My only knock might be that the occasional footsteps of the children playing in the unit above was like a loud bass drum.

Great condo. Excellent location. County rules make pets difficult

Property is well maintained and attractive. Just right for a couple. We did not know until it was too late that the county prohibits dogs on the beach. Perhaps I should have researched this better, but i think some notice on the listing would be appropriate and appreciated. We would stay here again, just without the dog!

I highly recommend this Reality Group, unit, and Perdido Key. Also, they allowed pets which was a difference maker for us. If Sassy’s not welcomed, we aren’t welcomed. Thanks again.

Only 4 towels provided for two week stay; I was able to get more from the company. There was nothing plastic in the kitchen at all - no cups/bowls, etc. I went to Dollar Tree and bought some. With hard tile floors and beachfront, I feel better with a plastic cup that with glasses!There was no large sharp knife or pizza cutter - I bought those as well and left behind for next guest. There were no throw pillows for the couch/chairs. There are chairs on the balcony, but no tables, nowhere to set a glass or your book. Same indoors with the occasional chairs. Very comfortable and great for viewing the ocean, but nowhere to set your things. I used a dining table chair placed next to the occasional chairs in order to sit my cup and glasses on while I read a book. There were ZERTO cleaning supplies - not a mop/vacuum, nothing to clean the sink or countertops. I bought these and left behind as well.Other than these small things that are easily remedied, it was a wonderful experience.

Great stay. Great view of beach and very short walk to the beach.

This was an awesome condo. Yes it is dated but it's large and really clean and there's no where that has this view for under $300or $400! ! It's a grest place for 2 but would be crowded. So what you up to show me up the grill please OK a hamburger, a hamburger hotdog potatoes, Publix, southern potato salad, meat, mustard, onions, pickles, and then it's not really pictures. My grandkids I tried on his shoes to wrestle with. I'm sorry you had to drive so far but that's a long way to go back to Chelsea get back here , he was telling me about really liking history and now they're studying Indian drugs. I am busy if you keep him on things stuff he likes I mean that's a good way of saying I want to go back or back to dead without her feelings so which dog do you have , Anthony hamburger hamburger cheeseburger whatever you want hamburger, one piece of cheese if you ask him, ask him right down that long twist thing and needs to go up to the back right there. Maybe it won't go with him either. I told her OK Painting said come spend the night and he wants to go to Alldredge Gardens and walk and I said spend the night we can't walk her on Thursday Friday, Saturday and Sunday but the rest of the time you can and she loves it in and they vote all these little streams and stuff and she likes to walk in the streams, cause they're only the kids getting strings too , they are good dogs. They're sThere are dishes for 4 people and 4 towels etc. If more than 2 I'd bring paper plates and towels.
