You are going to be excited! This is a great place for families, couples, partners, and kids. This home is fully furnished and equipped with all your needs to have a nice stay. Short drive from the hospitals: Trinity Health, Spectrum, Corewell Health, Holland Surgery Center, and University of Michigan Medicine

7 minute walk to downtown shops, bakeries, ice cream, restaurants, and brewery. 35 minute walk to beach, Lake Michigan access at Grand Haven State Park for beachfront fun!

BEDROOM LAYOUT:
3 Beds and 4 Baths total
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the THIRD floor
1 bedroom and 1 full bath located on GROUND floor (same floor as garage)
Kitchen and living room on SECOND floor.

MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed with attached full bathroom (shower ONLY). USB ports in the nightstand for charging your cell phone, as well as the living room side tables.

SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo).

3RD BEDROOM is a family room. Offers a pull out sofa bed (two-seater) that opens into a fold-out bed. Full bathroom is located next to the third bedroom (bathtub and shower combo).

Portable Crib and Pack ’n play on site..
All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and Alexa.
Bed and Bath linens provided.

Two nearby kid playgrounds, only a 3 minute walk. Our son enjoys the accessible swing seat for children with disabilities.
Chinook Pier Mini Golf (Open Memorial Day To Labor Day).
3 min car ride to Imagination Station on Mulligan Drive. It features a large outdoor play area for children with swings, slides, and an open field.
Craigs Cruisers bumper cars, DEFY indoor playground and Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon.
Visit the local Nature Center in West Olive.

Portside Condominiums is next door to the Wharf Marina and Yacht Club in Ottawa County.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 10:00am. Our cleaners will promptly arrive shortly after.
Please put trash bags, pizza boxes and garbage in Garage. Please put dirty laundry, towels, linens, in the washer. Please start the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property.
Before checkout, please place all dirty towels and linens in washer.
Onsite parties, crowds and large group events are strictly prohibited.

Great place to stay for a family with young kids (3 YO and 6 YO). Very clean and well equipped, especially with items to accommodate little ones……multiple step stools, outdoor toys, a bathroom on each floor and 2 bath tubs for bathing. Plus it’s right next to a park and a 5 minute walk to downtown. Would definitely come back!

Nice comfortable stay the host was accommodating. We were very satisfied with the quick response we received from the host. Just a few minor things I would address perhaps new bedding sheets for the master they have definitely seen there days and the dust on the nightstand in the master and perhaps the cleaning staff could do a better job of the dust under the sofa. We enjoyed the fact that it was very close to restaurants some within walking distance.

We love the convenience of walking to downtown Grand Haven for shopping and restaurants. In just 7 minutes, we can access two children's playgrounds, including one with an accessible swing for our special needs son. There's nothing quite like sitting on a bench by the water at the Wharf, enjoying the view of the musical fountain, people watching, boats and fishing. Everything we love is just a short walk away, no need to drive.
