Welcome to this charming south Hutchinson Island townhouse in Jensen Beach, FL. Marvelous and fabulous, this vacation rental offers a delightful escape for guests. With 2 bedrooms, including a California king bed and a queen bed, to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. (queen air bed available for an extra guest). The property boasts modern amenities such as central a/c and heating, 2 TVs, wi-fi, washer/dryer, impact windows & doors screened covered patio with outdoor shower. The 1.5 bathrooms are complete with bidet attachment to add a touch of luxury. Our place will make you feel at home while away from home. Come and experience the brilliant charm of this vacation rental for yourself. Amenities include heated pool/clubhouse, private beach access, and tennis. Indoor air purifier and whole house water filtration system included in unit. Garden view from back patio area. Nearby restaurants within walking distance on the river and ocean with live music and indoor/outdoor dining. Close to downtown Jensen Beach and Stuart. Please, no smoking inside property. Thank You.

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Place all trash in the outside trash receptacle.
Call me or text me when you are on the way for access to the property.
Leave all doors unlocked when you leave. Leave keys on the dining room table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. We prefer you do not wear shoes in the house. Put wet towels, clothing on drying rack.
Remove all sand before entering the house. Place trash/garbage in patio bin or dumpster. There will be a $75.00 charge to replace lost pool key.
If something breaks or is damaged please notify me immediately. If you are not happy about something plaese let me know asap. Enjoy your stay!

Fantastic location, walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Hala was amazing to work with and responded immediately. Easy check in. Place was spotless - and we are sticklers for cleanliness. We are hoping to stay again in the future. No coffee maker but that turned out to be a plus because there was a french press and I forgot how could coffee could be with a french press!! Kitchen was easy to find everything. i could go on and on - it just was perfect.

I don't know how to start this review so I'm just going to stick to facts that are backed up by photos, videos & messages in regards to this property. Prior to renting, we were familiar with the area so have nothing bad to say about it or the amenities at Island Village - we knew what we were getting into & didn't have expectations of a stay at The Ritz. That being said, the unit itself was beyond filthy- I'll just highlight a few things. Both bathrooms were heavily soiled- toilets were heavily grimed with dust, hair & debris along with dried fecal matter in the bowls.The shower was newer & relatively clean. The kitchen had crumbs & debris on the countertops, stove, in the fridge & sink. The fridge had a foul smell. The sink had a thick layer of grime & mold along with dirty dishes in it. The dishwasher heavily smelled of mold & had dirty dishes in it. We didn't use the dishes due to petrified food particles. Numerous personal items were out throughout the condo. The washing machine had mold on inside rim & door, it smelled heavily of mold/mildew. There were not any sheets on the beds & mattress pads had large yellow/brown stains which owner claimed were from a heating pad- we knew better. This was a last minute reservation as our initial VRBO had been fumigated & was non-habitable. We ended up cleaning the condo ourselves & purchased items so we could stay- only because there were no other rentals available as it was right before Easter. There's more...but do NOT recommend!

This lady was a nightmare, she was trying to get a discount and threatened to give a bad review if I did not give her a discount. The place was impeccable. The bathroom was just remodeled and she was the first to use it.
