Mansion in Barra recently built, located in one of the best condominiums in Casas de Rio de Janeiro (CONDOMÍNIO DAS MANSÕES), the last house on a cul-de-sac, in front of two tennis courts and a sports court. The Mansion has 3 floors with a very high ceiling. There are 6 spectacular suites, all with new closets and bathrooms.(50 inch TV in all suites), office, and 3 employee rooms with bathroom, check out the photos.

Conforto e lazer garantidos

Casa muito ampla e confortável, pé direto alto e muito arejada. Suítes espaçosas. Fomos com adolescentes e tiveram muitas opções de diversão, além da boa piscina e estrutura pra churrasco, da sala de jogos e da sala de cinema com ótimas poltronas, a casa é exatamente ao lado de 4 quadras de esportes (futebol de campo, vôlei, basquete e até uma de areia pra futvôlei ou vôlei de praia). Não faltou diversão. Condomínio bonito, muito seguro, calmo e arborizado, ótimo pra caminhadas. Dali também sai uma balsa que dá acesso à praia. O Proprietário foi sempre muito solícito. Comemoramos o aniversário de nossa filha adolescente com seus amigos ao longo de um final de semana perfeito e todos foram unânimes em dizer que foi inesquecível.
