IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. - after that time, there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. Check-out outside the opening hours is subject to a convenience fee and a daily surcharge.

PROPERTY RULES:
For events, photographic productions and recordings, the rental period is 7 hours and must end by 8pm.
Loud music and live music are not allowed.
Pets allowed, with prior notice.
The house is limited to 10 (ten) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.
