Charming house, two floors, four bedrooms, suite, beautiful view, pool, barbecue, special location, (the house is located near the Governor's Palace: constant policing in the region), quiet street and close to great shopping; bars, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls (Botafogo Praia Shopping and Rio Sul!), Several nearby bus stops and subway a few blocks taking you quickly to Cup beaches, Ipanema and Leblon! Bicycle rental close the house, for those who prefer two wheels:) Landfill Park is close to excellent leisure option, ideal for bike riding, skateboarding or football matches, etc. besides providing a spectacular view of Sugarloaf.
