Cozy comfort in a beautiful setting!

Our stay at the Parvin’s cottage at Riven Rock Ranch was cozy and peaceful! The weather changed this weekend but that only made the experience better. The views from the back patio were breathtaking. Wish we had the whole week to stay!

Wonderful Hill County Stay

We rented Pavin's Cottage for a long weekend - had a couple of friends our 13 year old boys. The property was excellent for the boys to play and explore, and absolutely beautiful for us adults. This is a true gem - immaculate grounds, homes and amenities. John was quick to address concerns and excellent at communicating check in/out procedures. We will definitely be back!

The property is great! Our cottage was very comfortable. The only improvements would be to provide more towels and toilet paper. We had 6 women with only 6 towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper. We were there for 3 nights. There was no washer or dryer so doing a load of laundry was out. Also we did have some electrical issues that weren’t taken care until our last

Good morning Sheree. I will pass this on to the cleaning crew. There is a washer and dryer facility in a separate building right next door to your cottage. Sorry for not letting you know that.
