The community beach access has a dune top deck that's an ideal spot to take in the ocean breeze and Carolina blue skies. Stroll the beach and collect shells just outside your door while watching the sunrise each morning. Cool off after a long day in the sun in the community pool. Regency Condos also features a community luggage lift. Please note there is no elevator.
