Welcome to our charming lake house, a peaceful retreat for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Freshly renovated and updated, our home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and ample space for preparing delicious meals and memories with your family.

The highlight of our home is undoubtably our spacious double-story deck fully furnished, offering panoramic views of the serene lake. Whether your sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail, the deck provides the perfect vantage point overlooking the shimmering water.

Sleeping 11, our 4 bedrooms provide a peaceful sanctuary for a restful nights sleep. The upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms offer a stunning view overlooking the lake sure to brighten every morning. The two additional bedrooms upstairs offer 1 full bed and 1 set of bunk beds. The downstairs offering 2 full beds beds all with closets and dressers for your convenience.

To add an extra touch of luxury, we include a pontoon and 2 kayaks for your exclusive use. The pontoon, which seats 11 comes fully equipped with lifejackets and beach towels. Enjoy making memories with everything our all sports lake has to offer, from boating to swimming to excellent fishing!

The property was very clean, had an awesome lake view. Messaged the host because we had an unexpected family pet join us and they were great about adding the pet fee and communication. Which the dog had a fabulous time swimming in the lake.

This property was amazing! Communication with host was great!! Being a pet friendly property was great for our family! We were able to host more family on the weekend since my son proposed to his girlfriend there! The house was perfect and having a boat just put the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!!

Ill start off with the really good!! The view, the deck, the boat were great. Was awesome to have the boat everyday. The bedrooms were very comfortable, bathrooms very clean. The kitchen has ample dishes, but not any spices or even salt. We had an ant infestation in the kitchen, which we took care of. The main sliding glass door is almost impossible to open, which I had read about in previous reviews. I think the house could be really great, but it is in need of some really deep cleaning and just maintenance on the house.Overall, our stay was really great

My group enjoyed our stay here. It was large enough with large deck facing the lake for great views with plenty of seating, fire pit area off to the side, and with the warm weather we enjoyed the use of the pontoon (which was a deciding factor on this home for us). There are a lot of stairs down to the lake which was our daily workout :) The sliders are quite large and heavy to open, and none of the sliders nor windows have screens. Would definitely recommend and re-book in the future.

Amazing views on a fairly quiet lake. Brought our own boat as well and had public launch close by with room to dock at the property. Decks were great to sit out and drink coffee on each morning.

We had a great time in Union City. The view from the deck overlooking the lake is pretty spectacular. The house had plenty of space with its 4 bedrooms. It was also nice taking the boat out during the day for suntanning, and in the morning for fishing.

We came with our seven adult children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Cody was very responsive and when we needed an item, he got it to us quickly. We brought two dogs, and the property is fenced almost the whole way around. There is a little spot to escape near the shore, but otherwise the fencing was very helpful. We loved being able to use the pontoon the whole time we were there. It is very quiet, peaceful lake, the days we were here, there were only a few pontoons and fishing boats out. We did not swim off the dock, but took the pontoon out, anchored, and would swim in the clear deeper water. We had very little luck fishing, but we did see other fishing boats that may have had a better time of that. Our kids played cornhole, or bags, for hours. Plenty of room outside to sit. Lots of room on the upper deck, more room on the lower patio if it’s too hot in the sunshine, and room for at least eight around the campfire. The only difficulty at all was that the sliders were hard to slide, we mentioned this to Cody and they are working on getting that improved.

Great property with excellent views! We had a nice vacation for our family of 8. Plenty of space for all of us, and the pontoon boat was a huge bonus. Caught a few blue gills and small perch. House was great- needs a few touch ups, but all necessary amenities were available.

Wonderful stay, great property, great communication with owners

Place was in a good location. Views were amazing. Having the pontoon included was a game changer. We also brought fishing boats, but being able to get many friends out on the lake on the same boat and not having to trailer a big pontoon in was incredible. Hosts were attentive and everyone loved their stay!

Family Get Away

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. The place was as described, clean and welcoming with nice amenities. House layout very conducive to gathering together but also having quiet time apart. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed having a place to bring family together.
