The unit was a nice 2 bedroom with great amenities. The pool was cold the first two days until it warmed up outside then it was appreciated. Beds were comfy. Reviewer Comments: I have to admit I had high expectations on this house and they didn’t let me down, the apartment is beautiful even the blinds and chairs looked brand new! Playa Moments makes sure you always get the best, best furniture, best concierges and THE best stay. The kitchen was in excellent conditions, I even used the oven for a quick meal; also the bathroom was, just as expected, crystal clean, and the sheets and towels provided were top quality (personal kudos for this). The cleaning staff was great and always on time. My concierge Nancy took care of me and she was always in touch. Playa Moments have given me a memory for a lifetime!! Thanks Karina, Nancy and your great staff!

A nice quiet escape from the action. The pool courtyard was beautiful, but it needs about 20 more chairs. Our unit was nice and liveable. A few things would make it better. There are only 3 chairs on the balcony (2 bdrm unit). Bar chairs are awful. We sat on towels. 1 dishcloth, no dish towels. Not enough hand towels. Ironing board is broken. Front desk was polite and management office is super. Would rate it overall as 3 star location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo(s) in Sabbia were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Super spacious and could not have been better located. They were exactly as pictured and described. The property management was most helpful and always available. We would stay there again except for some of the building’s rules and regulations. For example, there are loungers around the pool but you are not allowed to move them even a few feet to get out of the relentless sun, even when the awnings were removed before the storm. My husband was seeking shade and we were told not to move them at all, ever. Also drinks in cans or plastic bottles were not allowed around the pool, neither were snacks. I understand that of course glass is forbidden but not breakable containers should not be a problem. We were watched constantly to make sure we did not break o e of the many rules.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had originally booked a condo at Las Gaviotas II. About a month before our trip Playa Moments emailed me and offered a free "upgrade" to a condo at Sabbia. The pool looked great, the condo has a game room and a gym, and Playa Moments' office is located in the same building so we took it. I think we made a mistake. The cons: upon check-in, the toilet in the master bath did not work, the AC in the second bedroom leaked terribly, the towel rack in the master bath was falling off, the windows in the bathrooms and the window in the master bedroom did not lock, the condo was advertised as having a washer and dryer (there was no dryer, just a washer), the toaster did not work, the kitchen sink was rusty, there was no drain stopper in the master bath, the clock/temp portion of the stove was broken and pushed in, the white chairs and couch were stained, the master shower had a slow drain so you were standing in two inches of water when you showered, neither shower had full doors so the bathroom floor would get soaked when you would shower, and the overall condition was somewhat plain and shabby. The condo is right across from Chiltepin, and they have live music every night, and very loud live music on weekends. The pros: our concierge, Pascale, was very nice and attentive. The condo is in a great location. The toilet was fixed but would take three flushes to flush the waste, and it took maintenance three attempts to fix the AC. Our overall experience at this condo was very, very poor. The best part of the condo was the pool and the friendly security staff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nos hospedamos tres noches en Sabbia. Lo que nos gustó: Muy buena ubicación y cerca de la zona de restaurantes y bares. La alberca y las instalaciones en general estaban bien. Los cuartos estaban limpios. Lo que NO nos gustó: La televisión del cuarto no funcionaba al igual que el baño (no bajaba y teníamos que levantar la tapa y jalar manualmente). El cuarto no estaba como en las fotografías, no tenía buros y la cama king no era king sino dos camas individuales juntas y muy incomodas. El control del clima era muy viejo y se batallaba mucho para encender o apagar el clima, también para modelar la temperatura. El agua caliente de las regaderas se acababa muy rapido y no alcanzaba para bañarnos todos. En general, lo recomiendo si van pocos días y no quieren gastar mucho dinero.
