Beautiful condo located in an excellent location for walking to popular sites, great restaurants, and fun shops near Old Quebec City. The unit was very nice, with comfortable, modern furniture and well equipped kitchen. We had an issue with one of the bathroom sinks, but it was quickly resolved. The bathrooms and floor could be a little cleaner. Having to park off site wasn't the best, and cost us more money, but the local garage was convenient. Checking in and out was easy and smooth.

Yes the amenities were very poorly maintained.The photos on line do not reflect the present state of the condo.I will be in further communication.Very disappointed clients.Martina LaFlamme & Friends
No dressers we had to life out of our suitcases on the floor.
The leather sofa was filthy full of old food and crumbs. The leather was dirty and cracked. Cleaner had to come to clean his comment was nasty and dirty.
Dryer filter. I had to wipe washing machine the inside of the machine was dirty.
The cleaner had to wash the leather sofa multiple times and still as you can see it is not presentable.

The apartment was spacious and well located in general, almost everything was in order, since there was a problem with the wooden floor, which is raised and makes too much noise when walking, I notified them of the problem, but they did not pay attention to me.
