Absolutely gorgeous place! Super clean and fresh, awesome feel to the house. Tons of extra little details that I haven’t received at other properties, and to be honest was excited because there was actual thought put in to make the stay easy & comfortable. Location was great lots to neat things to do nearby. Had a good ranch feel to it, especially with the horses and wildlife that visit. Saw some shooting stars at night and got to watch a hearding dog work some cows next door. Check in and out was seamless, communication with host was effortless, and the welcoming and hospitality was the best I’ve received in years of visiting vrbo’s. Thanks Kimberli!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Rocky Branch. The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. It was even decorated for Christmas! We were pleasantly surprised by the snacks, cokes and assortment of coffees. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Wonderful country gem! Great updated property with all the amenities. The host thought of everything from coffee, sodas and snacks to toiletries to games and umbrellas. This is one of the cleanest, well stocked and organized rentals I've stayed in. Master even has a sleep number bed. Perfect for a weekend hill county getaway or an event at the Diamond A Ranch venue.

This place is AMAZING!! By far the most thought out B&B I have ever stayed at!! Everything was perfect!! You can absolutely tell the host gave a great deal of thought and effort into setting this place up. 100 percent will book every time I am in the area.

Everything about this was fantastic! Working through the list:1. Communication was excellent. Initial questions were answered quickly and we knew what to expect.2. Arrival was easy. The location is easy to find - GPS took us right there and it's located right off the street so we could see it from down the road.3. We opened the door and immediately knew we had made a good choice. The host did a fantastic job of thinking of all the little things: a nice variety of snacks, drinks in the fridge, and other quick-serve food was available. Extra toothbrushes, other toiletries and other such items were available in both bathrooms. We didn't need that but it was very nice to see the thought put into making it available.4. Several signs around with Wi-fi and door access info so we didn't have to hunt for anything.5. A nicely printed book with info about some local Lipan eateries was on the counter and proved useful. We did make it to one place and are glad we did.6. Nice amenities if/when on a longer stay such as the grills out back, washer/dryer (with supplies provided), etec.Everything was clean, put together and very comfortable. The host checked in with us in the beginning to make sure all was good and to make sure we know how to reach out and that they were close by if needed which was very nice.If/when the opportunity comes up, we would stay again.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail was spot on….the snacks, drinks, toiletries, sleep number beds, and decor were all luxurious! This place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely book it again.

The house was amazing. The snacks, water and soda were a plus. 2 sleep number beds were extremely comfortable. Toothbrushes and toothpaste was an extra hit. Most of all the open Bible when you 1st walk in. Ill be back next year for sure.

Amazing!

This property and hosts are spectacular. So many little details that they have paid attention to so that your stay is unforgettable. Upon entry to the property, we felt like we were home. We all agreed with the sleep number beds- we had some of the best rest/sleep we’ve had in years!! We will definitely book again when we come back to the area.

We had picked this area because our son was getting married at Diamond A Ranch and it was a perfect location it takes about 10 minutes to get to the venue. The house was prefect feels like a new house, and it was very well stocked, snacks, coffee, cereal, sodas and water. There were some games if you have the time, we did not lol. The bed was very comfortable, and very well decorated. The host responded to all our needs. We talked on the way and we both agreed that this was one of the best VRBO we have stayed in. We would defiantly stay again.
